Goal
Reduce oxygen to the flame of a national media misinformation firestorm, while reinforcing one core message: the YMCA is safe, for all, and follows the law.

How we made it happen: During a critical three-week period in January 2022, Intesa’s founding partner Margie Newman Tsay served as the lead crisis strategist in developing messaging, spokespersons, and thoughtful response strategies that successfully defused a fast-moving national PR crisis.
