Interning at Intesa Communications Group this fall has been nothing short of amazing. Every day, I get a front row seat to experience how the Intesa team supports our clients through thoughtful public relations and government relations strategies. Among the many highlights of my internship to date, is getting to watch and learn from Intesa’s founding partner, Margie Newman Tsay.
Margie’s a leader who embodies authenticity, confidence and strategic communications expertise. Watching her in action has been a master class in what it means to blend poise, sincerity and proficiency. It’s no wonder she’s a sought-after guest on podcasts that celebrate women in leadership and entrepreneurship.
Recently, Margie shared her insights on three standout podcasts. My assignment was to listen to them all – but let me tell you, it didn’t feel like work! It was a learning opportunity that I soaked up.
Here’s a quick roundup of what you’ll discover if you give them a listen too:

**Pro tip**
Margie genuinely values initiative and building relationships. That’s how I landed my internship—I took a chance and connected with her on LinkedIn. I didn’t just ask for an opportunity; I started a meaningful conversation. That moment of courage turned into one of the best learning experiences of my career so far. It’s proof that a little initiative can open big doors. 😊
